About Zach

My name is Zach Munn and I am a hardworking, honest, and knowledgeable realtor here to provide value to you, the client. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, I am eager and passionate to help you through the process of each transaction – from helping a client sell a mobile home or buying a million-dollar house. I have been licensed as a realtor since 2009, serving Brandon, Manitoba and the surrounding area.  It has been a great career and I sincerely enjoy helping people achieve their goals in real estate. I am a Brandon boy, born & raised, and that has enabled me to have extensive local knowledge and connections in the area. I believe that a buyer or seller would appreciate a realtor with these traits while maintaining ambition and focus. Real estate marketing has changed and I think it is important for you, the consumer, to have an edge over the competitors. That’s why I continue to work on brand image, advertising through social media platforms, and keeping up with technology trends.

I have been lucky enough to be a part of some exciting endeavours in Brandon. I have been the main listing agent for a 32-suite condominium build, I stood as the Vice President on the condo board for The Landing Condominiums – a 220-unit development, I am the youngest associate partner at the top selling real estate brokerage in Brandon, and have assisted multiple NHL hockey players in their real estate transactions to name a few. I have a business background in school, and attended Vincent Massey and Brandon University. I’ve always driven myself to be a more educated realtor so that I can continue to provide the best service to my clients. I’ve taken numerous courses, including one-to-one coaching with the number one real estate coaching company in North America, Brian Buffini. My Dad, Brad, has been an amazing mentor in life and in real estate. I’m indebted to him for my success in this business.

Outside of real estate in Brandon, my life revolves around my family. I am married to my beautiful wife Paige and we have a precious little girl, Hadlee, who is 3 years old and a son James who is 1 year old. We also have two goofy rescue dogs, Zara & Gus. Being new parents, we spend most of our time at home, but work permitting, we love spending our time at Clear Lake or Lake Metigoshe. We enjoy snowmobiling, boating, walking, or just spending time with family. I am an animal lover and show my support to the Brandon Humane Society & other animal organizations locally and nationally. My sister Farran has a charity, Pawsitive Communities which does spay & neutering on native reserves to help control unwanted and neglected animals. I am on the board for that charity and help through fundraising, fostering, and creating awareness. I also have been building dog houses for first nation communities on my own “Munn’s Dog Houses”, with about 50 contributed so far. I think giving back is important and I have also gone to the Dominican Republic and helped the organization Blanco’s Kids install 5 SAFE-T-Homes which each house 12 orphaned kids near Puerto Plata.

I hope I can be of assistance to help you and your family with your real estate goals. Please let me know how I can help.

About Brad

Real estate is a career that has blessed myself and my family with great relationships for over 30 plus years. To be able to serve clients, in pursuit of either their dream home, investment property, or commercial development never ceases to excite me. Real estate is typically a person’s single largest and most treasured investment and I am privileged to be a part of that process.

I have the pleasure of selling families their first home for under $100,000, and the opportunity to represent investors in the sale of over $10,000,000 purchases. No matter of the price we all have to start somewhere in real estate and as a licensed realtor since 1983, I hope to continue to be a part of Brandon’s vibrant market.

Our industry has changed considerably since 1983 and working with an experienced agent is as important now as it ever has been. I’ve used this line many times in my talks with clients “Would you and your family want to fly with a pilot that is average or know that the person in the cockpit is the best there is” I feel the same about my team of partners and sales agents at Royal LePage Martin Liberty Realty. We have for over the past decade been Brandon’s number one producing office. I have been a leading seller consistently in my 3 decades of real estate both in Brandon and the province of Manitoba.

I am a longtime Brandon resident. Graduate of Neelin High School, then going on to attend University of Winnipeg, University of Manitoba, and Brandon University. I am a past president of Brandon Area Realtors, director of Manitoba Real Estate Association, and senior partner of Royal LePage Martin Liberty Realty.

Family is my treasure. Married to Miriam we have four married children and their partners, and soon to be six fabulous grandchildren, plus a pack of dogs and cats. My son Zach is one of our associate partners, what a thrill to watch how Zach has been following in his Dad’s footsteps. His enthusiasm and dedication to his clients and career make me so proud. I know when it’s time for me to step down, my clients will be served by such a trusted and honest young man. We work hard as a team to serve our clients.

Charity has become a large part of my life this past decade. I sit as a director/secretary for Cure Canada International. As well as a director for Blanco’s Kids through Bridges of Hope. The care and well-being of people and animals is very important to me. Charities Pawsitive Communities & The Brandon Humane Society have my financial support.

I look forward to serving you in your real estate needs and promise you exceptional service in the process.
